Vince Enterprise / Phoenix Debt Management

Does anyone have any information on this company? They call me may be 2-3 X's a week on my cell phone. I have paid $240 towards the principle on a $300 loan. I had closed my account because these payday loans were taking my entire check. This has been since April of this year. I was falling behind on all my bills and I was out of work for over 4 weeks because I donated one of my kidneys to my father. I am still trying to catch up on my bills now. So far no one has been really harrassing me thanks to the person that is handling my case at the Attorney Generals office. When I was being harrassed by these lenders I would give them the AG's phone number and they backed off at least for now. But they are two that I may hear from and that is ZIP19 and Vince Enterprise. Thanks to the help of this site I have sent ZIP19 Cease Desist letters yesterday and emailed the complaint dept at the Prime Minister office of Malta and Malta Financial Services as well. I will let you know what happens.
I also wanted to let you know what is happening with Cashnetusa. The Department of Labor sent them a letter stating that they are charging way to much in interest for the state of Maryland. They came back stating that they were not doing anything illegal but according to the AG's office they are. So it is possible that they may be taking them to court for this and they could possibly have their license taken away. I will keep you posted on this as well. I do apologize for babbling on and on but I figure that some of this info could help someone out.
