Someone will be along to post your pdl laws for your state. Storefronts are usually operating legally and can and will sue you so you need to work out payment arrangements with them. If they are members of the CFSA they should be able to offer to an extended payment plan but since you are late on them I don't know if you can do that.
Someone with more experience than I will be along shortly to post your laws and advise you further.

Before you default, go into the store and ask for a repayment plan. This will allow you to make 4 equal payments with no interest.
Although, I see by the # of loans you have, payment amount for these may not be feasible for you.
I will PM you with some info.

The best advice you can get is to keep up communication with these places. Don't not eat to pay them, but make sure they know when they can expect a payment. It may not keep them from calling you, but as long as they are getting something regularly, it reduces the chances of being sued.
