email returned as undeliverable (PaydayMax)

I've been having difficulty trying to send email to Paydaymax; they keep coming back as undeliverable. I sent them an email to revoke ACH authorization. According to website, their email address is maxcash@paydaymax.com. I've already double checked the email address and it's correct. I wondering if they are intentionally blocking my email address. All of my other pdl's have gotten my email. As anyone had trouble sending email to paydaymax? Thanks.


that is not uncommon for certain pdls.for example i was crresponding with paydayloanyes.when i sent an email stating i
owed them 120.00 not the 600.00 they claimed.i couldn't get
through anymore.if you send them news they don't want they
will block you.just goes t show how no legit these places are.

Just send it to "customerservice@paydaymax.com", "compliance@paydaymax.com", "support@paydaymax.com" and/or "CPDcustomerservice@creditprotectiondepot.com". Credit Protection Depot collects for PDM so I would shoot it off to all of these addresses. You have to keep on sending it to you hit the right button. Keep us posted.

Just an FYI- I have a loan through PayDax Max and I needed to contact them to ask about alternate ways to pay as I had to close my chekcing account because it was hacked into. I e-mailed to all the addresses listed above. The below ones were returned to me as undeliverable:

[email]CPDcustomerservice@creditprotectiondepot.com[/email]

So far, no returns on the others, so we will see...
