Advice for CA

Hi,
Does anyone have any information on the following companies? I have a loan with each of them and I'm trying to dig myself out. I know I've paid quite a bit on each one, but trying to find out if they're even legal in the first place, I live in CA.

White Sands (Original loan $450, have paid $405 )
Cash First LLC (Original loan $300, have paid $270)
United Cash Loans (Original loan $300, have paid $180)

hello,i don't know about the first two,but i do know united cash
loans is part of MNE.which is illegal everywhere.they will fight you tooth and nail.someone should be along about the other two shortly.
