Sonic payday threatens to recover money from me

They called me last night her name was Shannon... said if I don't pay the full amount she is calling my employer, my payroll and she is sending it on Universal Fidelity and they will charge me 6 times the amount I owe... won't work with me one bit... dont' they give you any time at all?

Beware, Sonic payday is trying to intimidate you so that you start making payments out of fear.
In order to take any legal actions against you, they will have to get the court orders. You will be sent a notice before anything legal happens.
Send them a debt validation letter requesting information about the account. Please send your letter through certified mail with return receipt requested so that you are sure of the mail delivery to them.
As per the fdcpa laws, they can't take any legal actions before your debt is validated in accurate shape.
