he didnt stop there now he uses diffent names i keep track of most of them.. they are antoney galloway and associtates,taylor james and associates,pre litigations, interstate wire bureau, bass and associates,bass enterprise,jackson phillps and associates,mark watson and associates. i forgot what he using now.. any help?

perry......why dont you call the Ag's office?? you have done your homework, call them and tell them what you have discovered. Surely you have better research tools and data then they do.

Oh, I remember Allen Lewis and Associates! The guy that contacted me was a real jerk. I reported them to the Florida AG, my state's AG, the FTC, and the BBB. I wonder if we can file complaints against collection agencies with the secret service? That would be interesting to find out.

I do too. These are the idiots that mycashnow sicked on me. It's why I am so gung ho on getting a refund from them. A PIF letter is not going to be good enough after that phone call.

I don't blame you. I sickens me to think that they just sit back and laugh with eachother after each threatening phone call they make to an innocent consumer who does not know their rights. And laughing sending the consumer into a near heart attack! :twisted: :twisted:

Ok correct me if I'm wrong here, but if you file bankruptcy, why can you just change your name and reopen as if nothing has happened? Why isn't this scummy outfit having a going out of business sale?
