Can you get out of a checkbook loan with Americash...I have already paid about $3100.00 on a loan for $1800? I have recently been unable to make my recent payments and they sent a notice of intent to assign wages to my employer. How can I get out of this?

if you revoke the wage assignment,they can get a judgement to
garnish as this is a storefront.try to see if you can work some kind of payment arrangement.
