I would realy appreciate some advice for these payday loans I took out. I've talked to 3 companies that work with payday loans, but I'm a little skeptical because of the fees. I have seven internet loans. I live in TN.

Zip Cash 260.00
PayDay One 526.00
Payday Island 405.00
Arrowhead Investment 260.00
Greenlight Funding 260.00
Cash Transfer Center 566.00(including nsf fee)
American Consumer Credit(the cash spot) 337.50

I'm not familiar with the laws regarding payday loans in my state. I can't close my bank account because it is in the negative. And I was told by customer service that they could not stop ach. I had my direct deposit stopped. I really need help. Any and all advice that I can get would be greatly appreciated!!! I apologize if my message was too long. Thanks in advance!!

Hi there babygirl and welcome to the community! :) Would you please let us know what state you reside in? Also, how much have you paid these pdl's, are they Internet or store front loans? As far as your checking account, speak with the branch manager, and tell them you want a hard debit block placed on that account immediately. That will at least prevent anything else from being withdrawn.

the pdl laws for tennesee are tricky,if there is a license in any
state those laws apply.the only one i'm sure of is cash transfer
centers, they are not licensed period.also the amounts listed
are those the amounts paid so far?if so could you list the principal borrowed, thanks.

The companies I've researched so far are Langhorne debt solutions, PDL Assistnace and Progressive debt relief . I reside in Tennessee. I've paid at least $600 so far. Probably more because I have to refinance. But its going to be even more now because my bank account is in negative. I had my direct deposti stopped so I'll have something on payday.

All of these are internet loans and these are the total balances that I borrowed:
Zip Cash 200.00
PayDay One 600.00
Payday Island 375.00
Arrowhead Investment 200.00
Greenlight Funding 260.00
Cash Transfer Center 400.00(including nsf fee)
American Consumer Credit(the cash spot) 300.00
The balances I posted before is the total I owe including fees.
My bank is located in San Antonio(USAA). They can't close my account because it is in the negative.

I talked to someone from cash transfer centers. They were threatining to call my employer and garnish my wages and report my account to credit bureau. They wouldn't even try to work with. This is some mess I got myself into.

Did I leave anything out??

Welcome! I am sure that someone will be along to post and interpret the laws of your state. I am sorry about your bank account being in the negative but you will get through this. You can do this yourself. It will just take some time and much perserverance on your part. Hang tight.
