Hi,

I am starting another thread as I need your help badly!
I was ready to send my C&D letter to PLS. They advised me that no EPP is available to me as I have a Smart loan as opposed to a PLRA loan? I've never heard of these things.

They said I can get back on my payment plan if I bring in the interest by end of week which is $352.93. I don't know what to do... Has anyone ever heard of Smart Loans or PLRA or whatever loans?

Please respond asap as I am in dire straights!

Thank you,

:!:

i never heard of smart loans either, but have you spoken with the manager.you see since you defaulted try to speak with the
manager and see what you can work out.they really don't want
to invoke that, but they will.also if you revoke it they can get a
judgement to garnish anyway.your best bet is to speak to the manager.one last question, when did you get the VWA letter of
intent?

i would try to speak to the manager and see what you can work out.it might not be too late to get an arrangement to repay in place.

did you speak to the manager?it doesn't sound like they would
get much more than that if they got a court ordered garnishment.the limit in IL for garnishments is 15% of disposable income.that means after all deductions are made.let
them know this.
