Payments made to creditors in the consolidation program

If I use your consolidation program, how will I know that my bills are getting paid to the creditors. Last time, my money didn't reach to my creditors and I had to pay huge penalty charges.

I am using the consolidation program of this company for the last one year or so. Each month, I get a monthly statement from my creditors showing the complete break up of my accounts. I am able to figure out how much is left to be paid to complete the account.
In addition, the consolidation company also sends me a statement that shows the breakdown of money sent to different creditors.
I have a regular access to my accounts in the program and know that my money is actually going towards the account. I will be able to see the effect in my credit report positively.
