Question on Garnishment creditor and Exemption in Hawaii
¼¼What is garnishment exemption on debtor™s vehicle in Hawaii?
¼¼Garnish creditor with a sheriff has a legal right to intrude into debtor™s home, search for his asset and attach it without debtor™s approval?
¼¼If debtor submit a proof to a Court in advance, that his car has no equity and so, it is exemption, garnish creditor can not refrain debtor™s car?
