Info found on EZ Payday in Utah

I was in email contact with one of the gov't offices in Utah and they couldn't find any info on them for me.
I then checked the licensing dept in Utah and found out that EZ Payday is delinquent on their license and has never renewed it as of 5/22/08. Thus they are operating illegally!

They may be licensed under a corporate name, or another name. It is not at all uncommon, and trips a lot of people up.

And I'm not saying this is the case here, I'm just saying a blanket statement like "they are operating illegally" is not warranted as all avenues have not been looked at.
