Does anyone know anything about this company? I spoke with a rep there yesterday. What I liked about it is all the money I save monthly is kept in my own checking account---not the agency's. The fees are paid upfront which bothers me but it's a set amount and not a percentage of the settlement.

Their site says they are members of USOBA and BBB Online Reliability Program (which I've not heard of). When I do just a regular BBB search, nothing comes up. Their address is Florida so I sent an email to the Attorney General's office to ask about them. I haven't heard anything back though.

Thanks for the help!

I called them and i had one debt i was having trouble with a capital one credit card i paid them like 600 bucks and they got the credit card company to reduce or settle as they call it for 1800 bucks they helped me
SO have anyone of you even enrolled with them or are you poeple just bashing this company im not sure what a usudo or usoba is but i live in FL and they helped me so thats my 2 cents
thanks

I work for State Farms Financial Known as whitelight Financial and wow you people are pretty rude the debt relief Agency known as Whitelight Financial Services
is subsidiary of State Farms Financial and ARE LICENSED with USOBA (united states organization for bankruptcy alternatives) check it out for your self at
usoba . org/
We Have NO COMPLAINS and a PERFECT record with the BBB
YOUR LOOKING UP THE WRONG COMPANY

I love working for this company and i have helped countless people with harassing creditors and helping people get rid of the burden of debt. The owners of Whitelight also own a StateFarm company but all debt relief programs are under Whitelight Financial Services so not to get confused with StateFarm insurance.Have any of you people even joined one of our help programs or do you just like saying bad things about one the few legit debt relief companies out there. To anyone who reads this you can give me a call and I will do my best to help ,my name is Jason and I'm proud to work at Whitelight Financial (State Farms Financial)

STAY AWAY, THIS IS MY EX-WIFE AND HER CRACK HEAD NEW BOYFRIENDS SCAM BUSINESS, ITS A TOTAL SCAM, THEY CAN ONLY HELP IF YOU ALWAYS PAY THEM THERE 35% FEE THAT THEY TAKE OF THE TOP FIRST!!!!!! AFTER THAT THEN THEY JUST TALK TO YOUR CREDITORS FOR YOU, YOU CAN DO ALL THIS YOURSELF THEY DONT DO ANYTHING THAT YOU CANT DO YOURSELF, ITS ALL B.S. AND IF YOU STOP PAYING THEMN THEY KEEP ALL THE MONEY THAT THEY ALREADY TOOK RIGHT OUT OF YOUR BANK ACOUNT...YEP YOU HAVE TO GIVE THEM YOUR ACCOUNT INFO BEFORE THEY EVEN STRAT TO TALK TO ANYONE OR YOU..ITS SIMPLE YOU GIVE THEM YOUR CREDITORS THEN THEY SEND OUT CESE AND DESIST LETTERS ON YOUR BEHALF THEN YOUR CREDITORS HAVE TO CALL THEM AND NOT YOU..THEN THEY JUST DONT ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN THE CREDITORS CALL...THEY WAIT FOR MONTHS TILL THE CREDITORS GIVE IN AND OFFER A SETTLEMENT, AT THAT POINT THEY CALL YOU WITH THE OFFER AND IF YOU HAVE THE MONEY ON HAND YOU PAY IT..YOU CAN DO ALL THIS YOURSELF..WITH OUT HAVING TO PAY THE 35% FEE TO THEM....ITS THAT SIMPLE....BUT ALSO YOU CREDIT GOES WAY DOWN AND IT SHOWS ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT AS A SETTLEMENT FOR 7 YEARS...JUST AS BAD AS NEVER PAYING THE BILL....

i have never heard of this company, the company I used did not have upfront fees they would take a % with every settled account after the settlement went through If there was enough in that account to pay them, if there wasnt they would wait until thier fee had accumulated which didnt feel like much at the time and i was greatful for thier services. If i would have had to pay them upfront I wouldnt have been able to do it. Im sure most people are in the same situation. Shop around maybe you can find something better, It seems there are mixed feelings about this company completely even, They hate them or love them nothing in between and thats kinda scary

When I did work for State farms financial they didn't charge there fees upfront there fees were no ware close to 35%. And before the company was taken over by new owners we had many happy successful clients and I enjoyed working for them.It sounds like your upset because your ex wife is with someone else this forum is to help people get out of debt not to bash people or talk about a company that's A - no longer around anymore and B - was a great place to work when it was.The old owners even helped me get a new job when they left. Get A Life
