Hi amada fonte
Welcome to the forums.
You are getting calls from the collection agencies after stopping payments towards the debt account. Since you have to complete payments in anyways, do you mind paying it in easy monthly installments?
Don't worry about the Collection calls. The consultant will speak in their language and assure them about the completion of this account. They won't call you after you have included your payments in the consolidation program.
It will be responsibility of the consultant to deal with your CAs from the day you have enrolled yourself in the program.
Take a free discussion from the consultant and work out the possible solutions. Please sign up at the website for the consultant to call you up.

Am i understanding right that you are currently in Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings and have failed to make your payment to the bankruptcy court trustee? You may be opening your self up to civil or criminal charges from the court including contempt of court.
Furthermore, a consolidation program would not do any good at this point as you are under jurisdiction of the court. Any program would first need to be approved by the judge.
If the payments are still too much, then you may need to consult your attorney and ask to convert to a chapter 7 and just start over. The damage to your credit report is already done. Your goal nowis to minimize the damage and make sure you emerge from the bankruptcy with as clean a slate as possible.
