Did you actually open your private message box? I can't figure it out, it shows that I sent it but it's not delivered..

Hope you got your message but I find that it will say I have no messages when reality I do. I just go on there to check if I do have messages.

I can't even find a button to pm anyone. All I can see si the quick message link.

If the person that you want to pm is a registered user, the pm button shows right at the bottom of their post, not at the bottom of the screen like the quick reply button. When you click on their pm button (at the bottom of any of their posts), it will open a pm box to type your message into.

You need to click on 'private messages', and go directly to your in box, since the new skin was added to the forum, it hasn't shown that we have any private messages in the members area, anymore. :)

I've been doing that. The inbox is still empty. The sent box shows the one I sent to jen and the outbox shows the one I sent to goudah (twice now).

I've just accepted the fact this system hates me. :)

jt- I just pm'ed you. I'm in Indiana and would like to know the scoop..... :P

Goudah's shows in your outbox because she hasn't read it yet. Once she reads it, it will then show in your sentbox. I don't know why nothing is showing in your inbox. :?

It's not anything new - It's all info that's been posted on the site before. JT just confirmed things for himself. :D

Hey, anything that brings it back up and to people's attention again is a good thing! :D

People don't always search for stuff, and even if they do, they may miss something impotant. So bringing it back up is very helpful!

Well, if it's been posted before, then I'll just state it again.

If you're in Indiana and need help with Internet PDL's, contact the Indiana Financial Institutions Office. They are very helpful. I got a great deal of peace of mind after speaking with them again.

(This is pretty much the gist of it anyeay)

As stated above.. Thanks for the info.. The old news to some is new news to others :D .. It feels good to find that info doesn't it? Thank you for sharing it with us!!!

Jen - Exactly! That is why it's always good to bring this sort of stuff up again! You never know how much it could help someone!

If I can go further:

People might be hesitant to call anyone. Lord knows we know the shame of being in this mess and it's tough to admit to anyone. But, please, do not fear. These state offices are there to help you. This is what they get paid to do. They take these calls everyday. The person I spoke to had a phone ringing nearly the whole time we talked.

Take a deep breath and call.

That is some good advice - I know that when I went through my pdl mess I had great help from my state's DFI.
