CSO means Credit Service Organization. Pretty much, Cash Net USA is not the lender for loans in Florida. They are just a broker. They would not need to be licensed then, only registered. It's a totally unregulated industry. Federal courts have found that fees paid to a CSO cannot be considered interest. So they can legally get around the payday loan laws by acting as a CSO. |

CashnetUSA/check resolutions
ok I am scared that I have been scamed.I owed cashnet usa
for some time now.About three weeks ago I was contacted by someone from check resolutions at my place of employment
and was told that I would recieve a summons if I did not pay
up the total amount of the loan plus the interest. To make a long story short I paid the entire amount that I thought was due to cashnet usa.Yesterday I recieved a call from a foreign sounding man claiming they where going to serve me for owing money to cashnet USA.When I tried to explain to him that I had already paid the amount in full to check resolutions
he got upset and told me that I had been frauded and still owed Cashnet USA.I am confused and am ready to file a
complaint against all of these companies if they don't clairify
this matter.Has anyone else ever delt with this situation.

i would contact CASHNETUSA.they are legal and can take you to court without all this illegal B.S.also i wouldn't give another dime to any foreign scammers.i noticed paydayloanyes or CASHNET 500 has been claiming they are CASHNET USA.definitely look into this before letting the thick accented moron squad get another dime.besides debts are civil matters not criminal ones.anyone who threatens arrest is a bottomfeeder.
CashnetUSA
Actually to tell you the truth the person's that I arrainged
payment through sounded like normal American english spea-
king person's and I also got phone numbers and "confimation numbers" for this transaction.I will be watching my bank
account closely for any unauthorized debits. No one will get another dime from me.Much thanks paulmergel for giving me the heads up.
