HELP!
I was unfortunately not aware of these internet payday loan businesses. GreenPicket is one and after reading my "contract" learned they are out of Malta. I have to write to them at their Malta address, as well as learning that another office is operating out of Canada. My bank has closed the account after I have called these people, emailed them and told them I cannot pay them back. I found the declaration of wage assignment and faxing them a letter of my not approving a wage declaration or ACH. Are they legal?

I am finding out the hard way that most of these companies are frauds; the are set-up mostly overseas and to me that is not good. I would do my research on blogs and websites before giving your information out. I have paid all of my debts with payday loan companies and anyone who calls me is getting reported to the FBI's Local Fraud Unit.
