MY EXPERIENCE WASN'T BAD, THEY ARE A LAW FIRM AND A COLLECTION AGENCY. I SPOKE TO THE ATTORNEY HE WAS NICE HE DID EXPLAIN THAT THEY HAVE CASE THAT ARE FOR SUIT AND SOME CASES THAT ARE IN COLLECTIONS.

MAN BY THE NAME OF CHRIS MILANO CALLED AND ASKED FOR PAYROLL WHOM WAS NOT IN AT THE TIME. HE WAS THEN ASKED WHO HE WAS WITH AND IF HE WAS A COLLECTION AGENT HE THEN GOT VERY RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE, HE WAS THEN HUNG UP ON AS HE WAS DISTURBING A BUSINESS HE CALLED RIGHT BACK ON A PRIVATE # AND TOLD THE SECOND PERSON THAT HE WAS TREATED VERY UNPROFESSIONALY AND STILL HAD A ATTITUDE. HE SAID HE NEEDED TO SET UP A GARNISHMENT ATTACHMENT WITH PAYROLL. LAST GARNSHMENT I SAW WAS A COURT ORDERED DOCUMENT THAT WAS SERVED BY A CONSTABLE NOT DONE OVER THE PHONE. THINKING THESE GUYS ARE NOT VERY REPUTABLE. THE WAY THEY ACT AND TREAT PEOPLE ONLY MAKES ME WONDER WHAT THEIR HOMELIFE IS LIKE.......MUST BE A MISERABLE EXISTENCE!!!!!!!!

tell the debt collector to take a flying leap, then contact your state attorney general's office. Better yet, try to get a name and contact information for the person that called you from this CA....and then give that information to the AG's office. I wouldnt pay a dime to someone who knowingly broke the law, or didnt care enough to learn the law before doing business in your state. They can consider that the price of learning a lesson....
