How to know the credit limit of my card?

To know the credit limit of your card, you need to contact your financial institution that has issued the card to you.

The limit of the card relates to the maximum amount of money that can be used to purchase commodities or borrow funds from your card account. It is calculated based upon your monthly income comprising of various sources. The limit allotted to you can be at any point of time raised or lowered depending upon your previous track record relating to spending and repayment habits. This is directly related effecting your credit score ratings also.

Manjinder.....this is NOT your GE creditor's site. We cannot tell you what your card limit is and you should never post personal information like that. Turn your card over, look on the back and call the phone number listed on the card. Or look at your last statement.

The company who were allotted card to you. They considering your previous credit history with your current credit score. Your annual income with how much you can afford to pay them & they fixing your credit limit.

Hey, OP.......did you get your CC from your bank/credit union? Or did you get it off the Internet? If you got it off the Internet, and you were approved for it, the site should have told you how much your credit limit was, right there.

Do you have a store CC, bank/credit union? Just curious. Especially with a bank/credit union, they should tell you 'on the spot', as well.
