It is not against the law for them to show up on private property but it is also not against the law for you or your company to make them get off the property. You might also consider a restraining order against them.

Just curious, is the PDL person from a storefront loan company or internet? Many of the internet PDL's aren't even in the United States and I think it's highly doubtful they'll show up at your home or office to get you. (although some of them will tell you that they will)
