Hi Mehmet
Welcome to the forums.
Are you planning to return to the US in recent times? This company has partnership with debt consolidation companies all over the United States only and they can work with your creditors within the country.
As you are interested in paying off the past debt, you should contact your creditors in the first place and inform them about your desire. They will be arranging ways to clear off your accounts.
Have you incurred all these debts in the recent times? Check the Statute of limitations of each debt account and see if you still are legally required to pay it. Usually, you can't be forced to pay if the SOL period has expired. Also, there is a seven years reporting time as per the FCRA. If the accounts are old enough, they will disappear from your credit report also after the reporting time.
If you make a payment to any of these accounts, the SOL period is renewed from the date of last activity and the collection efforts can be forced on you.
As you are living outside the country, The FCRA laws are different across the borders. These accounts will not appear in the credit report generated from the country where you are presently living.
I am not changing your mind and insisting that you should not pay the said debt. But you should always check the pros and cons if you have decided anything.
Regards
