I have a payday loan that I have not voluntaryly paid because the owner/manager of the company phoned a reference i had written on my application, which was approved by Check into Cash. I recall signing a contract with this company in regards to all my information being confidential. I had learned that the owner had disclosed all my personal information, along with threats towards me personally and to my enviroment. These false accusations were incriminating and hurtful because the owner disclosed such slander to my good name. How do i go about handling this frail situation. I am scared that the owner will threaten my life again, or continue to call my friends and family and tell them things that they might find hurtful and believe that these accuations were true about me.
