What do you mean by a card that you've never used? Is there a balance due on it?

How did they freeze your bank account? They would need a civil judgement against you first but disability would be exempt. It must be identified as exempt though.

I never used the card at all as a matter of fact when I recieved
it,I cut it up because it was from the dental office and i knew
i was not going back to him.Yes they froze my account with
a judgement. Im going to the county clerk on Monday calling
consummer affairs report to police so I need to find out,so that there can be an investigation as to why there charging
me all that money Im talking about 8000.00 that i did not
use

Pull your credit reports at www.annualcreditreport.com and see how it is reporting. Also, when you get the copy of the court file, look at the method of service and find out how they are claiming you were served. What state are you in?

I called the dental office in midtown Manhattan and spoke with
the accountant she will pull out the chart and research everything on it,will call back on thursday .She has to put the
credit back on my account so that it can be cancelled,so I was told. Lets see if that goes well. I did tell her that i was going to have an investigation done and that i reported to fraud dept and consumers affairs and going to police also I hope everything works out well.Oh by the way im reporting from Bronx New York

I went to the dentist in may 08 I wanted to have work done on my teeth about 6000.oo worth I got a care credit card for 4500.oo I changed my mind about the work did not spend one dime on the card turned it back in to Dr. Boles office. Now I get a letter saying that my credit was reviewed by Ge money Bank and that my account was closed by you because of bad credit and that you are going to report to the credit agencey that my account was closed by you because of bad credit you do not have to report anything about this accout because the account was closed by me why should you report anything I never used the card William Spencer P.S. tried calling you weird that there is no number I am calling the Attorney General of N.C. and reporting how you do business.
