What can I do after validation received?

I received validation from the CA, the debt is almost 12k, what options do I have? The CA is LHR inc, and I am not clear if they bought the debt or are collecting for First Equity? I do not have the money to settle and know getting sued is ineveitable. Are there any other options I am missing? Thanks!

Was the validation complete or just a peice of paper with your name and amount owed and maybe a few statments. If it was the latter then I would redispute and ask for complete validation including the contract you signed.

some CA'S see the dunning letter as validation.puhlease,check out what you received.a simple letter with there letterhead no less.
