i would send a DV and C&D letter.send it certified mail return
receipt.this is an illegal pdl collector.i wouldn't deal with them
any longer than you have to.

I'm going to do the same thing, I'm preparing a debt validation letter to send to them. I'm also going to put a copy of that in my letter I'm mailing to my states AG's office. They claim they sent me something, but just because he says my correct address doesn't mean he mailed me anything. Apparently they like emailing things because he noted he didn't have an email address on file for me. I didn't give it to him.
