You might consider searching for some 0% Intro offers but be very careful on the terms after the intro and make sure you dont pay an xfer fee to move the balance. I suspect you will have a hard time finding a card with a 1 year intro of 0% that then switches to a 10% rate with no xfer and that is willing to take 22k in debt especially in todays market. The only other way to consolidate and get a better rate is to get a bank loan or an equity loan which I think is a bad idea.
