Is there some specific information regarding the laws of Ohio that state a lender must be licensed in the state of Ohio to lend to Ohio residents? I keep getting responses from pdls in response to the "all in one" revocation letter stating that "yes, we are legal and can lend to Ohio residents" I know they are full of it, but I want to shoot something back to them. I actually had one pdl send the Ohio laws back to me minus the Rollovers allowed: None section... funny...
Oh well, just needed some added ammunition. Now, each time they call my work, I send the letter, again. PayDay Loan Yes is the worst!!
Thanks to all!

Ask them to provide you with their license number to lend to Ohi
Ask them to provide you with their license number to lend to Ohio residents. Tell them you were advised by the Ohio Dept. Of Finance to request it.
