New to credit debt completely lost need help

Im 22yrs yound and have moderate debt issues. I have one credit card that is killing me. I owe $5300 with a 28% apr and they will not lower it. My other cards are only $500 limit and i owe nothing on them. i have a hard time making other than the minimum payments due to high interest. I do not know where to go from here and i do not want to take a loan out and im not even sure thats possible.

I would suggest a debt management Plan. It will get you one payment with much lower aprs around 6%-9% and help you get your budget and debt under control. I did one of these when I was your age. It helped me tremendously.
