contact rebecca west at rwest (@) genevakc.com and she will help you. I was getting very nasty calls from smith haynes and watson and I read a post on here to contact rebecca and she waived fees and set me up on a very easy payment plan.

If you live in PA then they are legal.

They are licensed out of Utah, I believe.

I had closed my bank account, and was behind on payments i emailed her after i received several calls from collections.. i told her i would like to be set up on a payment plan. she waived all fees. and set me up on a payment plan starting sept 15.

rodnet-did you give them your bank account info?

Did it take awhile for Ms West to get back to you? I have tried to email her several times in the last couple of weeks and have not had a response. I have not been getting any calls from them but I have not heard back from anyone either.

no i did not give any bank account information and i never ever will they will have to accept another form of payment! she replied immediately back to me but i haven't heard from her since.

well, she may be on vacation...it is that time of year! hopefully she'll get back to us!

Thanks for posting that information. I called and left her a voice mail this afternoon..... Hopefully I will hear back form her on the 3rd as well....
