Need a little assistance

I am working on the letters, but I dont have valid address for all of the companies. Can I email or fax the letters? Would this have the same affect? Do I need to sent the letters to the BBB, FTC and attorney general as well? or do I just file the complaints? I am totally lost right now, i dont even know where to start,any help would be greatly appreciated.

Its a great idea if you would send them via certified mail so that you have your proof! They can easily say that they didn't get a fax or a email.
