NSF Fees Allowed-Quick Question

Does anyone know what the permissible NSF fee for the State of Mississippi is? I can't find it anywhere. I checked paydayloaninfo..org and all it says is that payday lenders are allowed to charge an NSF fee. They don't say how much. Is there a better resource for this type of information that anyone is aware of?

Thanks for your response! So I visited the website and read up on the legislation; it doesn't say what specific amounts can be charged so I have to assume that $35 is allowed, right? It just seems kind of high to me...
