have you ever heard of state capital financial and what is your opinion.

I spoke to lot of companies about my debts and I chose Solicitation removed by Shazzers per TOS rules.

Actually, I read that post, and it looks more like a slam against DSA as opposed to State Capital. The post title is misleading.
