We are affiliated with Nationwide Asset Services, INC. Are they an accredible company?

They are members of TASC but not the BBB. I have seen better but

Nationwide Asset Services, INC

Completely scammed my elderly mother-in-law who did not understand the contract she signed or her options. Multiple complaints on the BBB website. Steer clear is my advice.
