debt settlement

I have about 3 credit cards in collection right now along with another card that i have went to court to address. the attorney for the collection company want's to settle for maybe half the cost. The judge have given us a month to settle this can you help?

I would take the settlement. That is not bad considering the account has gone pre-legal. Is there anyway you can come up with the money ?
