I just received a phone call from RCM and they state that I have to call them before 5 pm today or my case is being sent to there legal team. Am I in trouble or is this company trying to scam me for more money. Any suggestions would help.

They are based in England and can not touch you. They are not licensed anywhere in the us to lend. It is a tactic to get you scared enogh to pay them what ever they want.

Yeah they just called my work and wanted to know if I worked here full time, if my probationar period was up, and they said to call before 5pm on Monday. I am calling there 1-800 now but I am on hold and have been on hold for awhile.
