CashNetUSA Bond Cancelled in Texas?

Goudah, maybe you can help with this. I just did a search on the Texas Secretary of State website using the CSO link. It shows that CashNetUSA's bond was cancelled. Does this mean they are operating illegaly? I am having issues with them working out arrangements with me.

Well, Never mind, did some further digging and they were acquired by Cash America Intl in 2006 which is a CSO. So much for that, I'll just have to keep pushing them to accept my terms. They want the amount in full and I offered to split into three payments and they won't accept and won't take payments without a bank account. :(

I owe them 545.00 and I split into two payments on MY terms! They are pretty easy to work with.
