How do I find out if Phoenix Debt Managment in KS, MO is even a licensed collector? Thank you, Debbie

Contact your Secretary of State and ask them what all a CA must

Contact your Secretary of State and ask them what all a CA must have to collect lawfully within your state. It seems that MO doesn't have any further collection laws aside from the federal laws.
