Also, if you could list the following information, the folks here will be better able to offer you advice: name of each company, whether each company is internet or store front, the total amount borrowed from each, and the amount paid so far on each.
I see that you have already listed your state as MA.

BofA will work with you. Ask to speak with the ACH department specifically - and dispute the charges. They can stop the "ACH" debits then ask them to put a block on the companies at the "company level" because that way they cannot debit your account for any amount. However, you should actually close your account and open a new one to be safe. Make sure though you notify each company that you are revoking the "ach" debits, voluntary wage assignments, and to not contact your employment or any references on your application and limit them to communicate with you via US postal service or e-mail You have to do this immediately - you can send it e-mail, fax, or by certified mail all of which are valid notifications. They will try every way to contact you. You do owe the actual amount you borrowed but nothing more. I even changed my e-mail address, and blocked them from my cellphone because I wasn't going to play there games anymore. Stand your ground and do not let them intimidate you. I even got refunds because I held firm. If they are illegal the law is on your side. You can also ask them if they have a valid license to lend if they claim they are are legal. They prey on people hoping the people that borrowed don't know the laws. File complaints with the BBB, FTC, and Attorney Generals Office in your state. Once you do what is mentioned above just sit back and wait for them. But don't fall for their BS. - Good Luck~
