THE COLLECTION AGENCY AGREED TO A SMALLER AMOUNT BUT I CANT GET THEM TO SEND ME A LETTER OF AGREEMENT. THEY WANT THE CHECK 1ST. I TALKED TO THEM ON THE PHONE. THEY KNOW I REFINANCING MY HOUSE.PLEASE HELP ME..

Dont do it

Never send in a payment to a collection agency without receiving a letter first. Many CA's are very shady operations.
