What is platinum service 800 972 8094? This thing keeps on debiting into my bank account like twice every month for almost 2 months. I don't have any idea where i got this service thing? Are credit card companies has something to do with this? And how can i get rid of this?

This also happened to me, but I found a number to contact a representative. 704-525-3880. Unfortunately, I had no help from the customer service department, as they stated I filled out a two-page application for their services, which I did not! They did cancel my membership, but were unable to refund my money ($99.95). The representative did tell me that if I cancel it through my bank the money will be refunded. I had already started that process.
It would be advisable to cancel your membership through their customer service department, as to not incur any other charges. But to refund your money, go through your bank.
Good luck!

I'm not a lawyer but I have alot of family and high places... They took 99.95 out of my account and made it so i can't pay my rent because I had just anough to pay it in my account. I will get my money back plus my late fee and any other money I can get from them. I promise that. I am also calling all family and friends that work for the government and have them investigated. Names Jessica Legarreta and its not going to be the last time they see my name. ;-)

It's a company that was hired by someone else to do transactions for them. You may have done something online or over the phone and they gave your information to this company to take care of things for them. You clearly didn't do anything directly with this company. That's why you think it's fraud...telemarketers are tricky.

If you have ever applied for, or obtained a payday loan over the Internet this is most likely how this company obtained your account information, closing that account would be in your best interest as that account will never be safe again.

I have had the same problem. I called my bank and am filing a claim for it. This is the second time in one week that I've had money taken away. Plus, I didn't have much in there to begin with so I got an overdraft fee! I'm pissed.

On 3/22/10 you took $99.95 out of my checking account. On 4/30 there was an ach debit of $14.00, on 5/28 another $14.00, 7/2 another $14.00, 7/30 another $14.00.

I want to to revoke all monies and desist any more charges to my account! I called and got an confirmation code of 0001314 so I hope this will be the end of your fraudulent charges to my account!

This happened to me call your bank and tell them about these charges. It will take about a week but your money will be returned. Also have them put a stop on anything from platinum service. The problem is that they wait a few months and come back under a different name. you may need to change your account info.

Platinum service gets your info from the online payday loan companies. It's stupid because if you need money and are asking for a loan, why would you pay them to buy stuff at there online store.

Anyway they will tell you that the money is non refundable but your bank should be able to get your money.

I've just recently been a victim of PSvcs 80. Their reps hung up on me when they couldn't go beyond the scripted response to complaints. I guess they just think, "At least I have a job.", though that job steals from others.

I'm with you.

I guess losing money is less convenient than closing your account.

Filling out an application and confirming a loan request are not the same thing legally.

Most transactions not including a signature are not valid. Did you use a credit card rather than a bank account? There's a fine line.

99.95 has been taken out of my account and i want it back now !!!!! WHo the hell are these ppl ?? and whoever it is, please take my name off of this bullxxxx ..

They are a payday lender who goes by several different names, if you have ever applied for a payday loan over the Internet, this is how they obtained your account information. Whether you paid off the previous loans or not, they still sell off or share your account information with other illegal Internet lenders, so, you need to close that account, otherwise they will continue to debit your account, and blocking them won't work, as they will change their name and debit over and over again, here are some of the other names they go by:
OSL Marketing d/b/a’s -
DJR Group, LLC., Platinum B Services
CMG Groups LLC
SJM Group LLC
SSM Group
Summit Group

I have been getting charged $14 once or twice a month for over a year. I never really noticed until recently. I called my bank, Bank of America, and told them to put a stop on any future charges. They said they would. I also called the number 1-800-972-8094 and pushed 0 to get a live person.

Platinum Services reportedly has an online store with $10,000 credit line that they report to the credit bureaus. You get the privilege of using this imaginary store for the price of $14 a month. I told them to cancel my membership and they said they did. I am going to watch for future transactions.

I have used online loan companies in the past and apparently this is where they get your information.

Call the number and tell them to stop and hopefully you will be good.

Hope this helps someone who is being scammed by this "company".
