FDRS=Carefree Debt scam company!

a company using the name Account Services is really a debt consolidation scam; when my husband stayed on the line to state we were on the do not call list, the person answering stated, "I do not give a @#$%!". Sounds fraudulent to me!

I agree FDRS is a major fraud, I hope people catch on before they pay them 30% of their debt in fees. It is a scumbag operation!

Yes, fdrs is a scam. Yes, they used to have a different name. All of their customers then lost out because the scam didn't work. Then mark cella the owner/directing manager changed the name to be able to carry on with his scam and not have a ton of potential new clients see his bad reviews on the internet FACT. With their F rating with the BBB and all their complaints and the fact that their new and improved scam is proving to be just as unsuccessful, they will probably change their name again soon.

The company is run by an egotistical, small minded, greedy man that has a group of losers working to field all calls and complaints. His lap dogs will only ignore or intimidate you if they get you on the phone, and will ignore your request for a refund, because they SERVE their leader and don't want to lose their meal ticket. They laugh at anyone's request for a refund. Laugh! They will ignore your phone calls. They will continue to debit your account if you don't close it. The first two payments are very large because they know that many people will cancel, so they try to get as much upfront as they can. It's a well thought out disappointing scam... RUN

They run a phone room and pressure the sales reps to sell, sell, sell their service. But in the end, there is NO service. They don't have ONE SINGLE client that has completed their program. The only positive postings you will ever see online are from the people in their office posing as clients and posting fake-positives online. I know, my child used to work there and told me everything, AFTER we signed up for the program and got NO RESULTS!!!

Those people at the top, running the company are liars. The sales reps don't actually know any better, as the place is run like a cult camp, and the owner Mark Cella is the cult leader of the place..

Save your money or negotiate deals with your credit card companies. it will cost you the same, 30%, and at least you will see results.

You will never see any results with FDRS. You will lose your money, you will not get your phone calls returned, your faxes will be "lost" and you will only get the run around. Then when you start to get angry and want to cancel you will get harrassed. Not to mention, your credit will be worse than ruined.

If I can save one person from giving 30% of their unsecured debt to Federal debt relief System, the scam, the fraud, I will feel so much better for being foolish enough to have trusted that band of idiots! Do the math....... if you have $60,000 in debt you will throw away $20,000 in fees to FDRS and get nothing..... Just call and negotiate with your credit card companies. You will be better off.. There is no quick fix, but if there was, it would not be FDRS, scam, fraud, lies.

Yes, the Federal Reserve and the banking system, and the money backed by nothing sucks, but don't be brainwashed by FDRS and think that it will just go away. You can use the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act with your own lawyer, a real lawyer, not the people in the back office at FDRS that send out generic letters, to fight for your rights if you are harrassed inappropriately by your creditors.

Do yourself a favor and ask them to take you off their calling list.

Thanks major lee pissed. I have been preaching about their scam for a long while. It sure helps to have some one who used to work their back me up on what I have been saying for quite some time.

I appreciate the "thank you" from you both. But what I appreciate more is the postings that you put up because it brings more attention to their scam and we can help others avoid losing their money. Preying on people who have their backs against the wall and promising them safety, freedom from debt, protection, etc... preying on their vulnerability and trust and then throwing in "my word is my honor" in their phone sales pitch/script that ALL of their sales reps are REQUIRED to follow word-for-word is just WRONG!!!

They used to work under a different name ( you can find the name online) and when all of those clients lost out/ruined their credit they changed their name to probably avoid all of the online backlash.

I could go on, but most importantly if you are considering them please, please believe the postings you see online. the negative ones.. Afterall, none of us are getting paid to put in our time and fight against their predatory ways. It's out of a sense of obligation that anyone would put in their time to post against a SCAM!!! the only positive posts you will find on the internet are from people that work for FEDERAL debt relief SYSTEM. They don't have one single person who has completed their system. There is not one lawyer in their office, just a employees that have either been brainwashed, or have their backs against the wall financially and just need a job.. Oh, I left out the ones at the top that have already been through the first round of the scam (the old business/same owner/same location) and just don't care that it doens't work, HASN'T worked for anyone.

There is POTENTIAL in the theory of what they want to do, I'll give them that. But they are so ass-backwards, chaotic, unorganized, drunks, and it's all about numbers. Allllll about getting the contract signed. They even have a training on how to NOT have the client read the contract and to skip certain paragraphs and to just sign and fax back!!!!!

Our crew has been on the inside and we are working to close down this SCAM!!!

Use the FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT with a trusting lawyer or study it and gather your own info and fight the collectors that harrass you. FDRS is understaffed and a group of dimwits that can NEVER get the job done. Not now anyway.

Keep posting so we can save others from ruining their credit further. This fix is NOT a FIX at all.....

They are resellers for CCDN, that's all. They are even trying to burn them!!!!! LOL!!!! They don't honor any contracts. PERIOD! Because they can't.

Unfortunately before i had time to read these bulletin boards i got scammed by this so called company and now am $800.00 out of pocket, all i can say is thanks for putting this up before i gave more money away.I intend to badmouth this company as much as possible so others dont get ripped off like me .

fdrs has five parts to the pitch you are sold on 1 .INTRO ... ICE BREAKER OR.. BREAKING PREOCCUPATION.. ANOTHER WORDS IF YOUR IN CONSULIDATION OR SETTLEMENT THIS IS WERE THEY ATTACK THAT ISSUE. NEXT.. 2 .qualifying you ..asking a bunch of questions about you to see if you are worth thier time to scam you. NEXT..3. establish credibility.. talking about fdrs at this point and how out of the thousands of clients they have enrolled in there attorney back program they have had a 100 percent success rate ... that garbage ...fact no one has even gone through the program let alone successfully...4. present the solution this is were they will sale you on what they claim they will do... 5. and finally the close .. as a debt rep if you dont ask for the money at least 5 times you will be fired as an employee with out warning and just before pay time.. .here are all the managing commitee that work there....1. mark cilla owner 2. dan lyle 3. joel 4. tim the four mention are the top 4 in the company then you have the top ten closures which gets the high dollar leads .. and the low 10 thousand dollar debts go to the rooky role guys which are the new guys fresh out from being brain washed in their 4 day training course... does fdrs has attorny's answer .. NO they dont you can find this info out right on their web site under faqs towards the bottom of that page.

They have it all broken down to brainwash the customer and intimidate. Tim doesn't work there anymore, as far as I know, he QUIT! Liz is the one that sends out all of the generic letters to the creditors.

Mark Cella- scammer, liar. People, don't do business with them. They are not reputable, they are dishonest. They offer big commissions to their sales reps because they don't ever want them to leave once they brainwash them that Mark Cella is Savior and King, LOL. At the same time, they can offer the long-term residual commission to get people's (sales reps) hopes up about a bright financial future with the company because once the employee has a few commissions ready to be paid out, they can just fire them for not following the script, or having a shoe lace untied. They treat everyone terribly. They are a group of hateful people working for a Hateful scammer that has no respect for anyone, no empathy at all. He looks for people to control, starting with his employees. Even his right hand man (literally) Dan, is controlled.

Mark Cella knows that if enough people are called daily someone will buy the scam and sign up. Someone who's last hope is FDRS, because they may not have seen the posts.

Same thing happened with his last company. All of the posts got worse and worse, NO ONE, repeat NO ONE made it through the program. He then changed the name of the company to FDRS. Same program they are reselling for CCDN. Just a new name.

Do any of you work behind 2 inches of bullet-proof glass? Well, all the reps at FDRS do. Why? Because Mark Cella thinks that someone is going to "get him"... LOL... and guess what......

I have been scammed out of $8000.00 by them--these exposures were not available when I joined. Had they been, I would not. These have just confirmed what I have suspected in the last two months since I was served with a couple of summons. I will try to get out of their program.

really why have they not been closed down...a bunch of bottom feeders sucking people dry..i know someone that works there and very closely to this ass...so why does this person continue to open and close these types of businesses...

As Mark Cella???s ex-girlfriend, I???d like to disclose what I???ve learned about him, and FDRS. I also worked there, and knew many of the ins and outs of the company. It would be easy to join the band wagon against him, but there has been some partial truth and partial lies to many of the blogs. I hope to set a few things straight.
Remember the comments about the chants the company does? The chant is: ???What are we here for? Restoring America???s freedom. How are we going to do it? Whatever it takes.??? Mark is serious about ???Whatever it takes.??? He has put multiple things in place to ensure the delivery and that clients are taken care of. As someone who worked there, I knew if you didn???t call/e-mail/fax FDRS to let them know what was going on (i.e. lawsuit), there???s a chance you???d ???fall through the cracks.??? If you did get in contact with them, they???d make sure you were taken care of. If you are a client reading this and are concerned, I encourage you to call and bug them with all your inquiries. Be persistent and I???m confident you???ll be taken care of. I have personally seen a few success stories that perhaps FDRS will post.
The story about Mark Cella starting the same business under a different name is false. The idea was tossed around, but any business plans he may have for the future don???t include providing a service.
There are also a few comments on the flaws of Mark Cella. I learned to see his perception on the things he does; I also understand first hand while some people like to thrash him. Without going into too much psychology, there are four parts of a person. The part everyone sees, the part only the individual sees, the part everyone but him sees, and the part nobody sees. The part everyone sees is that when he befriends someone, they appreciate his friendship and passion for what he does. The part he doesn???t see is the way he kicks people out of his life or business leaves them bitter or resentful; what I???ve gathered from x-employee comments and partial experience. Yes, Mark Cella makes mistakes, but he???s also like everyone else, he has goals and dreams. One of them is to cure the world of a disease he has been personally affected by-one reason he wants to have money. No, it???s not ED.
In addition to Mark Cella being very savvy to money, he has some conscience. When reading desperate ads on craigslist, he asked me to find 10 people in financially dire situations we would send money to, so they could have a Christmas. After I confirmed their situations and addresses, checks were mailed out. He didn???t want anyone to know he did this, as he wanted to do it for the sake of helping, rather than for show. (Surprised I mentioned it, Mark?)
I don???t know the Mark Cella from one year ago, but I do know him from 7 months ago, and the type of person he was a few days ago. The only way ur credit is restored is if you make sure you're in contact with the credit restoration entity. He???s a good person whose ego sometimes gets in the way, but does have the best of intentions for FDRS. His firm belief IS that debt is slavery, and that debt ruins people???s lives. One reason he wanted to give money at Christmas was they didn???t know the root reason they were laid off. Although I gain NOTHING by saying this, for the sake of what I did know and experience, I encourage people to give FDRS a chance. It would be easy to ???bring him down??? like everyone else, but sometimes you got to kill him with kindness. Try it next time someone wrongs you or pisses you off.
P.S. If you???re a client from long time ago who got a lawsuit or cancelled, call them up to see if they can do anything for you.

In any case, just take it as an inside perspective from someone who isn't getting paid or has ANYTHING to gain.

He deserves a good comment from someone who knew him well, even if I could gain from slamming him. Simply because you don't really know him unless you've been with him 24/7-for months. Saying there's plenty of good in him(and the efforts being made now), is saying a lot.
