The phone listed above are the numbers you will see listed on your bank statement for a payday loan you received..This website where you are directed to 'achloan.com' is a rip off and have taken well over $1000 for a $200, I have all the documents I need to prove they have taken more than authorized. I have documents showing I've tried to contact by telephone and had no return calls. I finally reached someone about the loan that was paid in full last year and had the poorest customer service responses and I want to pursue action against this company, I'm trying to find more people that have had the same issue with these people. Its an online loan company, they don't give great contact info and if you don't happen to remember the website don't call the 800 number because they don't list that info either.. I'm looking for more complaints from customers that have been swindled like I was and to see if you are ready to pursue action as well..

i applied for achloan.com received the money but when trying to make arrangement to call no answer and web site unable to log. now i need to know what to do next

Oh, this company is a mess! I had dealings with them and for a long while they were calling me all the time, being abusive when my co-workers answered the phone, etc. Apparently they work out of several different places - I think the parent company is in Ireland or the UK, they have a phone operation out of India, and one of their US phone numbers had a Utah area code! They were threatening to come over here and get me and take me to a British court, I told them to come on over! As for not having great contact information, I don't know of too many PDL's that DO have great contact info. They all keep saying that they're legitimate companies, well, if they're legit why is it so hard to find direct contact info?

I just found out from another forum if you go to, portal.achloan.com and it will take you to the page to view your info and make payments.

I am having the same problem. Got the money 2 weeks ago, they took out the first money on my paycheck....when I tried to log in today......it says my login has failed. I tried to reset my password and I get "page cannot be displayed". I tried to call both numbers at the top of this post and I get a fast busy signal. I want to pay it off.....get rid of it and I cannot get anything going. Please email me at email removed by Shazzer per TOS rules if you have any additional information.

PDLTRANS PAYMENTS shows up on my statement, I understand they are the same as achloan. I cannot contact them. Does anyone know of a way to pay off my loan?

They will keep taking the money out of your account until you close it and change your account number. I borrowed $200.00 and they have been taking $74.00 per mo. for months. I have more than paid my loan off. When I submitted a request to my bank to get Info. on this company, they quickly charged another $74.00. I am closing my account and getting a new account number.

I have been trying unsuccessfully as well. So far for a $200 loan they have taken close to $300 and I still can not get in touch with them...is there anything we can do??

what's important to remember about payday loans is that they continue to charge you the "finance fee" of $75 each pay period UNTIL you arrange to pay the ENTIRE $275. You ARE able to do that thru their website.

Hey everyone!

I wish I knew this site was around before I applied to achloan.com for a payday loan. I have paid $148 of the $200 originally borrowed. I found out this place is a fraud. I closed my bank account after finding out they have to follow my state's laws as well as the fact they are based out of Ireland. I knew they would be calling all the time and would be calling my cell phone as well as my work number. I didn't want them to contact my work, so I told them I quit my job and am working somewhere else. Can I get into any type of trouble for giving them another number at a place I do not work? When I originally filled out the application I gave them all correct information. Also, do I need to pay the final $52 knowing they are a scam? Thank you for your responses.

I don't think you will get a hold of them because they are illegal and not even located in the U.S. I'm sorry to tell you this, but there is only one sure way to stop the withdrawals, and that is to close your account. If that isn't an option, then tell the bank to put a hard debit block on your account. Before you close your account, read this information at the link below. http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/close-account.html

Please do not let any of these pdl's know you are going to close your account, until AFTER you have done it!

I spoke with my bank also and they said they're seeing this happen alot. The best thing to do is close your account and start over. This should be illegal. As far as I'm concerned IT IS STEALING!!!!!!

this bottomfeeder will not send anyone after you.they are not located in this country.you should close your bank account.you can open a different one at the same bank.i did and have had no problems.this place will debit indefinitely if allowed to.file FTC complaints.that might do something.since they are not located in this country an attorney can do nothing.cut off there access to your money and watch them squirm.

This is a scam. They give you a loan for $200 and then every 2 weeks take $74 from your account as interest only, thereby rolling over your loan indefinitely. The only way to stop it is to log onto your account and schedule the next payment for a full payoff of $274. I did lots of research to figure this out. I paid $940 for a $200 loan.

I received a loan back in JULY and have been trying to call to make the compelete payment. The website is down (and has been for months), no one answers the phone and no one returnes the messages I leave. I am about to stop the drafts on the bank side becuase they have deducted more than enough to pay off that loan and then some. Does anyone know who we can complain to...BBB or governmental agency. This should be against the law in some way.

I posted the "Please include me as a disgruntle customer". I read through all your postings and got some ideas. Closing my account was not an option so I just called the bank and had any debit from this company stopped. I had to pay a stop payment charge but it was worth it. They lend the money with the understanding that customers can contact them and repay the money...they breached their contract with me. I will also be sending this story to our local news stations.

ybt, I hope that the stop payment works for you; however, these companies are adept at getting your money (or trying to), it's entirely possible they'll try to withdraw the funds by using another name or other methods. At the very least I'd suggest keeping a VERY close watch on your bank account for any debits and if something comes through which you didn't authorize, speak to your bank manager directly about what's going on. It might come to the point where closing your account is the only way you'll stop the withdrawals.

Elviral3, as has been noted, these people aren't even located in the US, so I don't know what, if any, good hiring an attorney would do. However, regardless of what they tell you (and they do tell some FANTASTIC stories!), they aren't with the Mafia nor will they come and get you.

They state they have a website but yet it's not posted anywhere. If you call the number 877-400-1599 it tells you to log on, but wait....they don't give the web address. Does anyone have the web address? Please help
