I got a call from them and they sound good. I looked them up on the BBB and they have a satisfactory record and it says they hold a License with The State of Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Just wanted to see if anyone has dealt with them.

This company is a scam there license is for telemarketing not debt settlement,
the state of florida will sue this company when they are aware of what they are doing.

The company is good. I know of someone who had an $8,800.00 account they were behind on that they took care of for $400 so they definately are not a scam. They don't accept clients from Florida though. I referred a friend of mine to them who lived in Florida and they didn't accept them. From my knowledge they are a company you can trust.

I do not believe they are a scam, but maybe not as honest as they could be. Do some checking around with other debt relief companies before signing with them. They collect their fee upfront which is against the newest ruling from the FTC. They are registered I believe with the BBB with a D minus rating, are not registered with TASC, or D&B.

They are not a scam, and I believe that new FCC ruling did not go into affect until 10-27-10, so any new client before that date does not fall into that no upfront fee category. Only new client enrolled after that date can not be charged any upfront fees, and I do believe that they are following all new rules and guidelines set forth by the FCC.. Also if you look at all debt relief companies in the BB they all have very low ratings I think its just the nature of the industry that they are in, they key is look at those companies complaints, I believe this company only has one, if they were a scam wouldn't that have more?

Go with an attorney backed program. Then you have recourse if they screw-up your accts or anything unlike the fly-by-night companies that may scam you and disappear.

One program I looked into that seems on the up and up is The Oliver Law Group in Deerfield Florida.
