I was to recieive $50 gas card for opening a Discover On the Road card -did all they said to do no gas card

Did you do everything stipulated in writing, point by point? Ha

Did you do everything stipulated in writing, point by point? Have you called Discover and escalated your complaint to management? Did they explain WHY you did not qualify? Sometimes it is simply a miscommunication.
