Anyone know of Credit Protection Depot

I am dealing with CPD. I took a loan out with Paydaymax and when it defaulted I made payment arrangements which they never owned up to. Now 9 months later I am dealing CPD saying I owe almost $1000 for a $300 loan. What are my rights? I am not paying this. FYI I live in Arizona.

CREDIT PROTECTION DEPOT IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

IF ANYONE READS THIS PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD, CPD IS OPERATING WITHOUT A LICENSE, I CALLED THE BBB, AND THE ATTNY GENERAL OF NEVADA...... DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY... THEY ARE NOT A REAL COMPANY... THEY STEAL ACCTS FROM OTHER LOAN ANGENCIES AND TRY TO COLLECT ON THEM!!!!!!!!!!! I AM WITH A CERTIN LOAN COMPANY, AND "CPD" HAS BEEN CALLING AND TRYING TO COLLECT ON OUR ACCTS... AKA THEY STOLE THEM FROM US... PLEASE, PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SAFTEY, REVOKE ALL TRANSACTIONS TO CPD, DISREGARD THEIR PHONES CALLS... DON'T SEND THEM MONEY!!!!! IF THEY HAVE YOUR BANKING INFO, CLOSE YOUR ACCT, AND OPEN A NEW ONE!!!!!!!!!
