Did you happen to find out how much they were going to charge you? The ad sounds like there's no charge if it isn't successful, but it makes me wonder, what do they consider successful? Sounds too good to be true to me. If you find out any further info keep us posted. :)
I am a financial consultant with CRN
Hello, I came across this post and thought it would be helpful for me to comment. We can help consumers in all 50 states and in Canada. The reason we can assist customers in several states that typical debt settlement companies can't is because we are not simply a typical debt settlement company. We are very different, from the fees we charge our clients to the individual service that we provide.
If you request a consultation from our website I can give you further details about how we help our clients so you can make an informed decision.
Also in regards to the moderator,s post about our guarantee.
The short version is that we fully educate all of our new clients about the debt settlement process if that is the option they choose. We are going to teach them everything we know from day one. Our guarantee is that after they learn everything and have a full understanding of how the process works, what they can expect from us and what we expect from them, if they decide that debt settlement is not the right solution, we will refund the initial retainer that they paid us. We want our clients to understand the process right away and make an informed decision. That way they can look at other options if they determine that Debt Settlement isn't the best way for them to go.
Our focus is first and foremost to find the right solution for consumers, even if that means not becoming a client of ours.
I created a very helpful video titled "how to decide if debt settlement is the right solution for you." I would post the website address to view the video however, I have never posted on this forum before and I do not know the rules. So I don't want to do anything that might violate them.
If the moderator lets me know it is ok to post the URL of the online video I created I will.
If you would like to contact me, you can go to our website and request a consultation. I will be happy to help in any way I can.

Thanks Dawn, I think I got it right, this will be my first post as me. Lets see how it looks.

Damon...do not post your URL as it violates the TOS. Also, your claim to be able to help consumers in all 50 states is BS since you state on your site that you are not a law firm. That makes you inelgible to operate in GA. I will be watching. If you post any more lies, they will be deleted.

Nascar,
CRN is a very different company than virtually any other currently operating in the US.
Your assertion that Damon's claim is BS could not have been based on any real knowledge of our business model.
We do work with consumers in GA. CRN charges its members a fee for our direct creditor negotiations only after we are done and the creditor paid. It is a fee based on results.
There are 20 states where we do not collect that fee but still provide full service settlement to our members who reside in them.
A complete list of those 20 states can be found on the "our services" page of the CRN web site. You will see that Georgia is one of them.
Damon is not a liar, nor am I. Please consider researching more about CRN before posting misleading information about us.
Thanks,
Michael
