Legal Mediation Practice

I am getting calls from this practice stating that if I can not pay my loan back to Fast Cash Advance, per Massachusetts law this is fraud and they can have the appropriate police department show up at my home or work and have me arrested. Does anyone know this company and how true this information they are giving me is?

The threat of being arrested is just that, a threat. They are trying to scare you into giving them money you may, or may not, even owe. Just do a "search" in the upper right hand corner of this page and you will find dozens of posts concerning this company and their chicanery.
I would highly recommend sending them a debt validation/cease and desist letter (you can also search this in the upper right hand corner). My guess is, you will never hear from them again.
