Store Front:
Check into Cash - 300 loan - paid & renewed every other week (of which I receive 255 dollars) and I have been doing this for YEARS!
Cash Back - 300 loan - same as above.
Hi Cal Financial - 264.71 - paid & renewed every other week (of which I receive 225 dollars) and I have been also doing this off and on for years.
A mom & pop kinda place, can't remember the name - 235.00 (of which I get 200) and I have done this maybe 3 or 4 times.
Internet:
Zip Cash - 500 loan - 950 pd. (and lucky me I still owe 450 on the balance according to them!)
500 Fash Cash - 300 loan - due at the end of the month, have never paid before but it's 30 per hundred.
AND
I have a direct deposit loan with my bank for 500 + 50 fee.
I don't think I can close my checking account because I still owe them money. I am going to open a new checking account on Friday and stop my direct deposit or I will have no money to live & take care of my teenage son.
Tomorrow is my payday and I called Check into Cash to let them know there will be no money in my account and can we work something out. He said they are members of CFSA but they no longer work out payment plans because people default of them. I'm supposed to receive a call from the manager tomorrow.
Any and all input and help is very much appreciated!
Thank You, Heather
For Zip Cash you've already paid a hefty sum. The only solution
For Zip Cash you've already paid a hefty sum. The only solution I can see in your case is a debt settlement of payday loans. You can also get customized help from our community's financial expert from HERE.

The guy at Check into Cash is feeding you a line of bull. Check into Cash is one of the storefronts I did a payment plan with very recently in California. As long as they are members of the CFSA, they are OBLIGATED to honor your request for an extended payment plan, as long as:
a) you requested it before you defaulted on the loan
and
b) you haven't already done one with them previously this year.
He probably gave you misinformation in hopes that you would just think, "oh...well, I guess I'll just have to come up with the money somehow and pay you". Know your rights and don't back down. If the store manager still gives you a hard time, then call the district manager's office and keep calling higher up until they work with you. Threaten them with telling them that you will file a complaint with the CFSA, as they are refusing to uphold the "better practices" regulations.

Also, both Zip Cash and 500 Fast Cash are illegal companies, and you have waaaayyyyy overpaid Zip Cash and you need to close your bank account asap in order to keep them from stealing more money in illegal interest and fees from your bank account. Same goes for 500 Fast Cash. I morally believe you should pay back only the principle money loaned to you, which in this case, would be $300. Closing your bank account immediately would be good, before they start debiting it with "rollover fees" and everything; then you can write them a letter explaining that you just recently found out they were not licensed to lend to you in your state and that you would like to "return" the $300 leant to you. Also, this way, you can do it on your terms. Instead of them debiting you $90 every two weeks in monies that don't even apply to the principle, you can pay off the principle as the money becomes available to you.
