Cash Transfer Centers is killing me!!

I would appreciate all the info and help I could get.
I had to take out a $300 and paid a total of $380 on my first loan. I did this cycle for probably 3 or 4 times now. I get paid once a month and they said that their loan is based on a two week pay period so everytime I pay off my loan of $300 + 80 in fees, I had to wait out another 2 weeks to reloan and I needed to end that cycle only to find myself borrowing $700 because they raised my limit which was supposed to be due on 9/1/08. Unfortunately, I didnt have enough to cover for the whole $897 that I needed to pay back. I called immediately and asked if I can make a payment arrangement. The rep I spoke with was firm that the latest date they can give me is on 10/01 which is my payday. I can't afford for them to take out almost $900 from my account. considering that is almost half of my check! I have read some comments here about closing the account but I am most worried about the wage garnishment that I signed. I read I can revoke it, but how and where do i start. I am embarrassed to speak with our HR about it but I really would like to stop the dead end that I am in. What are my options?? HELP!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you..
sincerely,

You need to fax them a letter revoking "voluntary wage assignment" immediately and notify your HR department. This company is HIGHLY illegal and not licensed to lend in almost every state in the US. You should also fax them a letter immediately revoking any and all "ach debits". Then immediately close your bank account and open a new or contact you bank specifically the "ach" debit department and have them block Northway Financial at the company level so that they cannot debit your account for any amount - this takes up to 3 business days to take affect. Morally you only have to pay back the principle balance. Then file complaints with the Canadian BBB, FTC and your State Attorney Generals office. In your letter also tell them they are to cease all communication with you and any of your references listed on your application effective immediately. They will farm your account out to bottom feeder collection agencies but don't fall for any of their scare tactics. What state are you in? Some one come along and post your state laws regarding PDL's. Good luck~

Don't be affraid or embarrassed to go to your HR or even your
supervisor and explain what is going on.You can even say that
you had some unauthorized debits to your account and now
you have to change you account.Being embarrassed is what the PDL's are hoping for.You must gain control of your finances
and then deal with the harassment later.Look at the example
letters in this website on how to deal with creditors.

Please act upon this matter ASAP because this company is known to and will contact your payroll dept for a wage garnishment. I've dealt with this company myself, and I gave my payroll dept the wage revocation letter so they would not deduct any money from my paycheck to send to them.
They contacted my payroll dept twice and the second time they were demanding the money be deducted to send to them, but my payroll dept honored my wage revocation letter.
Shortly after that, I filed a chapter 13 bankruptcy and included them.
Can you include them in a bankruptcy if their illegal?

Jwood,
They had sent my account to a collection agency named Universal Fidelity. I included this collection agency in my bankruptcy, but they did not file a claim to be paid, so in all actuality, this debt is considered discharged because no claim was filed by the bar date, which is approximately 90 days from the date the bankruptcy filing is confirmed.
