I am on a roll with NCO

NCO ticked me off this morning. Let me start from the beginning. My daughter passed out at work in March and her employer MADE us take her to the ER (first mistake) She was already 18 but still on hubby's insurance. They took the ins. info but then claimed they never got it. So now the ER doc. ended up sending the bill to NCO. But I had talked to the er doc billing telling them to put the bill in my daughters name (they had it in hubby's name) and send us a bill in her name and then it would get paid. They said ok. Well Wed. I got a call from NCO asking for hubby. It was about this bill. So I called the docs. billing office again telling them about this and that it was supposed to be in my daughters name and that we never got the bill in her name. Well anyway NCO called me wed, thurs, and this morning. I was ticked. So I called the docs. office again and told them to tell NCO to knock it off and we need someting in writing and if I get another call from them today i WILL be contacting the state. Then i starting yapping off my rights and she changed her tune real quick. She said she would contact NCO and that we would get our bill and have time to pay. Kinda sounds like the docs. don't want me to contact the state. But guess what I still am going to. Thats how ticked I am. Heck I had the lady from NCO hang up on me when I told her that she had until tuesday to get me something in writing or I will be filling a complaint with the state and to stop calling until I recieve that letter lol.

Sorry if that was confusing, but I am still excited about this. I don't think my bloodpressure is very good right now. Don't wake me up with this kind of crap because I will go off on you and I did lol.
